It is in a great tradition that Divine has been crafted, respecting the exquisite aromas brimming from meticulousy selected lychees. First, fresh lychees are meticulously picked. Then skins are peeled and seeds delicately removed.
The fruit's flesh is then pressed and the juice slowly extracted from the fruit's flesh, which will create the very essence of the beverage. Selected yeast is then added to start fermentation.
This process will take 2 to 3 weeks. Another 3 weeks is required to clarify and stabilise the wine before bottling.
