The secret ingredient of Laurent Miquel’s wines can be found in his incredible passion for soils, vines and grapes. Intervention is limited in order to preserve and respect the natural cycle of the vines which cover more than 140 hectares. Throughout the year, conditions for wine-making are optimum. This is thanks to the ‘know-how’ accumulated over decades of experience in the unique conditions of the Languedoc region and a pioneering process in vineyard management.
