Bottling Process

With a state-of-the-art bottling facility and uncompromising hygiene protocols, we guarantee unmatched performance.

As technology changes and improves, we likewise continue to evolve and keep abreast of the latest international safety techniques. Every single bottle which goes through our bottling process is, at each step, carefully monitored to prevent any contamination or loss to product quality.

From our facilities to your door, our team is committed to providing excellence to all of our customers and partners.

Bottle Sorting Process

Recyclable bottles first undergo a sorting and uncapping process managed by a team of 10 to 15 persons.

Automated Bottle Sterilisation

The bottles then go through an automated cleaning and sterilisation machine. The monobloc simultaneously detects potential bottle contaminations or physical damage and remove faulty bottles from the bottling line.

Manual Quality Verification

The bottles undergo a second verification stage, this time through direct human intervention, and are certified as being safe and ready for bottling.

Final Bottle Rinsing

The sterilised bottles are once again rinsed before being filled up with spirits, wines or any other beverage.

Filling the Bottles

Once rinsed and sterilised, the bottles are carefully filled with wine, spirits, or other beverages using automated systems that ensure precision, hygiene, and consistency across every batch.

Capping, Sealing, and Labelling

The filled bottles are caped, sealed and labelled.

Final Quality Inspection

One last meticulous inspection…

Ready for Distribution

… before the bottles begin a new life.

Packed and ready for commercialisation, the “brand-new” bottles are then distributed throughout our network and to our partners.
