Driven by the thrill of diversifying our local product portfolio beyond wines and spirits, we started Oxenham Craft Brewery in 2019. Our goal was to introduce Mauritians to another experience of beer by creating the island’s finest craft beer, The Thirsty Fox. Brewed with passion by our in-house oenologist and a Namibian Master Brewer with over 25 years’ international expertise, our range of five exquisite beers was an instant hit.

At The Thirsty Fox, our beers are just the beginning. From our crisp Lager and cloudy Weiss to the balanced Pale Ale and smooth Amber Ale, each brew is crafted with character and care. You’ll also find creative expressions like our Raspberry Weiss, the bold Indian Ocean IPA and the refreshing LITE brew — all brewed to suit different tastes while staying true to quality brewing.

Our Constance Special Cuvée is based on the most widely enjoyed Beer in the World, the Lager. It’s brewed with the finest barley malt and traditional German noble hops, this brew is true to its name as it is “lagered” for at least 4 weeks at sub-zero temperatures.

Our Constance Special Cuvée has its origin in Germany, an authentic Bavarian style “Weizenbier” brewed in Mauritius with and island twist. Coconut and Pineapple are abundant on our paradise island and complement the flavours of our traditional Weiss Beer. Cheers, santé & Prost!

The Heritage Craft Reef Lager is brewed with the finest Czech Saaz hops, known for their delicate and noble qualities. Using this precious ingredient, we craft a lager that’s smooth, crisp and balanced. After a careful 4 Week fermentation and maturation, we Lager the brew at sub zero temperatures for 4 More weeks, ensuring a refined finish. We believe “good things take time”.
